Giant Lofts

An adaptive use of an historic 1923 warehouse, the Giant Lofts consist of 48 residential open plan units, ground level commercial space and new resident parking in the basement. Converted from apartments in 2002.

Located 1/2 block to Goergia Aquarium,3 blocks to Phillips Arena and Georgia Dome. These are some very cool lofts in a great location.

Built in 1923, The Giant is the last of the great warehouses which once lined Marietta Street. Recently renovated to award winning standards as The Giant Lofts, the original structure remains evident throughout. Solid concrete columns and floors, exposed brick walls, factory windows, high ceilings and open floor plans are just a few of the unique features which make The Giant one of Atlanta's rare, authentic loft buildings.
